La maisonnette était un véritable petit havre de paix avec son jardin. les hôtes étaient très accueillants, j'ai passé un super week-end, très agréable.Vous pouvez trouver des boulangeries, des traiteurs, des restaurants... facilement dans un rayon de 15 minutes à pied, très pratique !

Il posto è arredato con molto gusto, c'è tutto il necessario e la doccia è spaziosa. Si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle vie vicine, e il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. I proprietari sono molto carini.

Alcune cose sono da sistemare, tipo il lavandino che scarica male o la presa USB sopra al letto che non funziona. Direi che per una notte va bene.

We stayed here during a trip from Paris to see the Giverny Gardens, and the location was a highlight of our journey. The gîte is tucked behind the host's house with a private garden area that feels very secluded. It is an easy, pleasant walk from the Vernon train station through a charming French town filled with half-timbered houses and narrow, cobblestone streets. Vernon has a wonderful, slow-paced atmosphere that makes you feel like you have stepped back in time. The space itself is as adorable and clean as the pictures suggest. We loved the unique layout with the platform bed and skylights—it added so much character to our stay. For our visit to Giverny, we took an Uber there and enjoyed the 3.5-mile walk back along the shaded pedestrian path that runs along the Seine. It was incredible to see landscapes that look exactly like Monet’s paintings; we even recognized a spot later at the Beaux-Arts Museum in Rouen. With a Monoprix nearby for fresh baguette and supplies, and a well-equipped kitchenette, we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again.
