Beautiful setting for a holiday cottage - by a large fishing pond surrounded by farmland and woods. In July, the sky was full of swallows, swifts, martins, goldfinches and other birds and butterflies. Despite the heatwave, the bedrooms remained cool, with no need for fans. Simple cottage but well equipped with everything we needed, plus an EV charger (pay as you go) which was really helpful.
Garden by side of cottage not enclosed - so if you are going with a dog, needs a lead or constant surveillance as sheep often wander by! Bathroom needs a little TLC.
