Owner very nice, kind & provides all necessary facilities in his property. Big property with 4 bedrooms.
Not owners fault but the building is way too old & Building Management need to do improvements.

The location is convenient. Unit B2312 is spacious, comfortable and with scenic view. The management personnel is friendly and helpful to contact us and assist in returning our accidentally left behind goods
Ramp leading to carpark is narrow and lack lighting and maintenance

Very spacious. Staff very kind and helpful. He provided us with additional covers for blankets. Washing machine in the apartment. Big kitchen. Coffee and tea provided. Nice view.
The house was shabby. The corridors did not make one feel good. The apartment was rather old and not clean enough (carpets). Air conditioning loud.
