Everything. The host, TokWan was simply amazing. Chatty and friendly, very “atok-atok” vibes. He came with kuih akok and pisang goreng for all of us. Really appreciate his way of greeting the guests. House is clean, all rooms and living room has aircond. Water heaters work so well. Bathrooms are in good conditions as well. Location is so near to everything we wanted to go to. Definitely gonna be staying here again in the future.

Located in the KB city, within 10km radius to tourist spots (Pasar Siti Khadijah, Nasi Kerabu Panji, Wakaf Che Yeh). The homestay was giving a family house vibe. I admire Tok Wan's (owner) kindness - he greeted us softly to pass the key and treated us Murtabak Raja (crying inside, missing my late dad and grandpa). Ample indoor parking space can occupy 4-5 sedan cars for one unit. The house itself can accommodate for 8 people (4 queen beds with ceiling fan and aircond). Got fridge, microwave, cutleries, TV, dining table and sofa. Quiet neighbourhood (bungalow residential area). Walking distance to nearby clinic, tomyam stalls and convenience store (BHP petrol mart). Guests have to pay directly to Tok Wan, he will text you beforehand (I misunderstood that I thought it will charge my CC, sorry Tok!).

Just little things to list out here, very minor and acceptable considering the price that you pay to get a very big house in KB city. Maybe just in terms of accessibility to elders / OKU. There is staircase (~10 steps) which is quite steep and the railing was a bit slippery (maybe because it's tiles covered). Middle room was a bit small so it's either you pray inside or in the living room. There's no water filter but owner provided us a big bottle of ready to drink water.

Teratak Tokwan sangat bersih, Owner sediakan extra bed, air minuman botol 10 Litre 4 botol, 3 in 1, biskut, sejadah, penyangkut baju, Owner serah kunci berserta dengan kuih muih untuk minum petang. bersih dan kemudahan kalah hotel 5 star.
