Antonio's Home

The apartment is great, really close to the airport, clear and enough space for a big family. The owner prepared for us something to eat and drink when arrive, which was great.

The remote control for the main gate was not working and we had to park outside of the building. We have chosen the apartment especially for the inside parking spot and we were not able to use it. The area of Puglia is with high theft risk according to the Car rental agency, and we were worried about the car all the time. The owner came the second day to check the remote but it was still not working. After we left the apartment, we received a claim from the owner about a damaged slat of the bed base, and it is now under discussion with booking as we don't think it was broken by us and the amount requested was too high for a broken slat in my opinion (150.00 eur). This is the first time we are in such uncomfortable situation. The apartment was great and I would recommend it but the communication with the owner gave us the negative feeling.

Loved the location about 20-25 minutes driving from Bari. Quiet, safe and close to the highway. Lots of room for our family of five.

It was quite hot when we arrived and took time to cool down. No air conditioning in the main area but if all doors are left open in the bedrooms it does help. We did have to ask for a fan as one of our kids was sleeping in this area but the hosts responded always right away and brought one over for us as soon as we asked. So that was appreciated. Only other negative was the pillows were terrible. That is a small investment for comfort. We had to fold these up because they were so thin.
