Old Town T1 Apartment

The location could not be more central to old town Funchal. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere throughout the stay, and was amazing to have a place to regenerate in the city after a day of exploring.

The sofa and kitchen was very basic but clean and adequate. Basic ammenities but very worth it.

Les photos de l’intérieur ne reflètent pas totalement la réalité. Je pense qu’il n’y avait pas eu de clients depuis quelques temps: odeur de renfermé et de canalisation et beaucoup de fourmis quand nous sommes arrivés. - Il y a très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine: Pas de tire bouchon, d’égouttoir pour la vaisselle, de passoire, de dessous de table… - Pas de matériel d’hygiène: il n’y avait pas de liquide vaisselle et la bouteille de savon à main était vide à notre arrivée, pas de torchon, pas de serpillière. Juste une mini serviette pour la cuisine. - La pression de la douche, et la poignée de porte qui reste dans la main, le porte serviette qui ne tient pas. - La propreté des oreillers, l’avancée de lit est cassée. - La propreté laisse à désirer. - Le temps de réponse de notre hôte (avant le départ nous sommes passés par booking pour avoir une réponse et pour l’unique question qu’on lui a posée sur WhatsApp nous avons eu la réponse au bout de 19h).

Jedinečné ubytovanie v samom srdci centra mesta Funchal. Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné, čisté, útulné a presvetlené. V meste sme zažili veľa príjemných zážitkov ktoré ponúka toto jedinečné mesto a zároveň sme aj navštívili veľa príjemných miest, o ktorých sme ani nevedeli. Naša dovolenka sa konala akurát v tom období keď sa v hlavnom meste Funchal kde sme bývali konal karneval kvetín a festival rumu čo bol pre nás zážitok na celý život. Ostrov ponuka veľa fakultatívnych výletov plných poznania,l a zaujímavých miest. Počas našej dovolenky sme ochutnali veľa nových jedál a hlavne jeden úžasný nápoj ktorý sa volá ponča. Každému odporúčam navštíviť toto nádherné mesto a spoznať čaro ostrova v podobe jednostranných výletov za poznaním. Tiež odporúčam kúpiť si lístok na jednodenný výlet loďou na neďaleký ostrov Porto santo.

Všetko bolo v naprostom poriadku a nemám negatívne hodnotenia na tento typ ubytovania.

Good location with amenities and well equipped kitchen area.

Bad communication,dishonest staff.The apartment is not maintained at all.Walls are peeling,there were ants everywhere, no sockets working in the bedroom.The socket was torn out of the wall in the bathroom.The mirror in the bathroom was full with the spit of previous guests.Carpet and all bedsheets and towels dirty.Bed cover was with body liquids.Disgusting.The bathroom window did not close, noises all the time from the street.The towel rack was hanging from the wall.Light cover halfway hanging in the air.Dangerous place.
