Seascape Cottage

Fantastic location, close to the sea front, coastal walks and all amenities. Amazing view from the "Lookout" master bedroom over the sea with views of Bamburgh Castle. Plenty of space for all the family to relax apart and together. Quiet and cool when the weather was warm outside, cosy when needed. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the tea/coffee and biscuits on arrival was especially welcome. Friendly neighbours too.

The shower screen around the bath needs a little more sealant to stop it leaking, but otherwise all was perfect.

The views from the top bedroom are stunning, and the entire cottage was spotless and very well equipped. The location could not have been better.

Perfect location and very comfortable. Exceptional views from main bedroom.

Parking was hit and miss due to other cars parkung badly.

The property was a good size and had all the facilities we needed for our stay

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The matress cover had stains that appeared to be menstrual blood - this wasnt discovered until I stripped the bed at the end of the stay. There was collections of debris under the sofa cushions which we found when we lifted the cushions to prevent our dog sitting on them. There was collections of debris in and around the kitchen floor area The drains were blocked outside and overflowed into the yard when the dishwasher / washing machine were used. The shower/bathroom floors and floors in general were dirty. Parking was difficult as access to the property is tight and the space for parking was very tight
