Host & Stay - Highgarth

The property is in an excellent location right in the town. The property has character but definitely needs some updating. The bathroom was very tired and mouldy in places and was difficult that the toilet was separate from the bathroom with no handwashing facilities. The rooms are big and bright but the bedrooms would benefit from a deep clean. Downstairs has ample space and lots of extras like DVDs and board games. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Parking is on the side of the property and needed several attempts to reverse cars close enough to the fence to allow access to the rest of the street. There is a large yard so would benefit from this being used for 1 parking space but it was padlocked.

Tired interior with lots of cobwebs and mould on ceilings and bathroom. Bathroom set up not ideal for 6 people

It was nice, this is for Host and Stay not public view, I would go back, the house is a little tired. But then so am I

Close to shops and beach/harbour.

Did not find the key box. As there are two which was confusing as we tried the first one we spotted which was obsolete the other one was not clearly visible.
