Great facility and beautifully furnished.
Unfortunately it has poor internet and telephone signal. I couldn’t get the Tele to work on the apartment’s wifi or my phone hotspot. Couldn’t keep phone signal for communications either. Quiet escape.

Lovely warm, homely space with lots of character, nice and close to the city, off street parking - good kitchen setup and access to laundry facilities if we needed. We liked the sunroom where we could watch the world go by, and the neighbourhood felt very friendly and safe, with the nearest coffee only 5 minutes walk away.
Bathroom smelled a bit of drains and loungeroom furniture wasn't very comfortable.

Cozy room. Unique layout such as sunroom, dining room.
It wasn't easy to walk to CBD. It took about a half hour to get to CBD.
