I loved the vibe of the apartment - well decorated and cozy. It was very clean and fully furnished. Even the view from the apartment was nice - It faced a church. The location was good, really close to the centre and bus stop. Overall, I was super satisfied and would totally book it again when I come back to Lux.
The bedding was not properly cleaned, I found hair on the bed.

Comfortable beds, good hot water, great location , especially the Sherpa restaurant opposite( fabulous food),, good sized apartment. Most facilities great
The management from arca. We had some problems and had NO help from Them, just platitudes. Finally booking.com helped us sort out the biggest problem. We had no tv for 4 nights, no clothes tack, no cleaning products and we did not have a phone service so we could not get instructions at 3 pm On the day which at a would not be flexible about ( thank goodness for booking. Com) Shower had mould, apartment was hot ( no cooling)
