Elegant 1BR Retreat with Patio Near Kirchberg

The property is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing and commuting to the city centre. Everything needed was provided, in an apartment which makes you feel like home. Excellent and prompt communication with the hosts, it was a great stay.

There is a humming subtle noise from probably a ventilator which is not located in the apartment.

Well located, spacious, clean. Nice natural light. Good bed.

Upon arrival I found two broken chairs stored on a corner. The WiFi code wasn’t on the modem as instructed. A bit cold. Noise of the people living on the above appartement. Too narrow passage to access the garage.

Fabulous apartment in a most convenient location. Everything was positive except for the scalding hot shower which couldn’t be adjusted due to a faulty mixer valve. The water was so hot we were unable to shower during our stay. It appears from recent reviews the scalding hot shower issue had been raised by other patrons yet still without resolve. We contacted the agent on a number of occasions who appeared disinterested in sending a plumber to make the urgent repair leading us with no other option than to use the hand basin to wash ourselves. It is not the hospitality we expected after paying 170€ per night.
