Апартамента беше чист, леглата удобни. В кухнята има всякаква посуда и уреди, за да приготвяте всичко, кафемашината също е голям плюс. Няма климатик, но не се чувства горещина, защото е на приземен етаж и не се напича пряко. Прозорците гледат към малко уютно дворче, в което се стига от друга врата. Тихо и приятно място. Имотът има отлична локация - спирката за автобуси 52 и 60 е на 2 мин пеша, а те правят връзка с метро след две спирки. Транспорта във Виена е отличен. Наблизо има магазин Спар, а малко по-надолу - Била. В близост има ресторанти, сладкарница и други магазини. Комуникацията със собственика беше много добра - поддържаше непрекъснато контакт с нас. Съотношение цена - апартамент е повече от отлична. Ако имам идване отново бих отседнала в този имот.

Липсваха някои елементарни неща като сол, оцет, веро за чинни. Въпреки че има съдомиялна машина понякога може да измиеш една чаша. Душът в банята беше счупен и не беше много удобно и приятно да се къпеш като го държиш, но не е нещо фатално. Собственикът обясни, че е поръчал нов, но за нашия престой не можа са го оправи

Die Unterkunft lag direkt an der SBahn und man konnte in 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen gehen. Es war alles da was man brauchte und alles war sauber.

Ein Hinweis für das richtige Appartement an der Tür wäre gut gewesen. Wir haben die Schlüssel an allen Türen ausprobiert ja wir die richtige Tür gefunden haben 😅

Nagyon jó helyen van az apartman, közel van minden, belváros ,boltok, stb. , közlekedés minden irányban közel! Tágas, kényelmes, szép!

There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the apartment, which we couldn't get used to until the end of our stay. The bathroom is worn out with a broken shower stand. In fact, only the shower works without the shower head on top of the shower cabin. There was a dirty spoon left by the clean utensils. The entrance door is old and not well insulated, so you can hear everything from the hallway even with the inner door closed. We also had a bad experience with the power outage. They informed us with a message on Booking at 7:30 in the morning that there would be no power from 9 to 10 that morning. In fact, they were changing the electrical panel and meters and there was no power until 15:30 in the afternoon. The host told us that she couldn't do anything, but I think we should have been informed much earlier about this. They didn't even try to compensate us for this problem in any way, and I think it was right for them to do so. Since there is no electricity, there is no hot water, and we have a small child, which the landlady knew about (the water in Vienna is very nice, but it is icy if it is not heated). Overall, my first impression was that they are kind, but they really don't care... there was another day when they were fixing water pipes in the building all day. But even without repairs in the building, you can hear people walking over your head. And how could you leave an old dish sponge used by previous guests in the kitchen? That was pretty gross!
