A well-equipped apartment in a central location in Arco.

The apartment is perfectly located in the medieval old town of Arco. Easy key handover with a key box. Communication with the hostess was very easy. Our request for brighter lamps in the dining room and living room was also immediately fulfilled.

Great little apartment

We had a great long weekend here, the apartment had everything and more than we wish for. We both slept very well, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The lager is super, it is in the quieter part of the old town, an easy walk to all the bars and shops. The team were also very helpful finding us a larger parking place for our transit van.

Il centro storico di Arco ha indubbiamente un certo fascino, ma...

Ho riflettuto molto prima di scrivere questa recensione, perché non è mia intenzione dare voti bassi per denigrare il lavoro di qualcuno. Sono consapevole di quanto sia complesso gestire una struttura ricettiva e proprio per questo cerco sempre di essere comprensivo. Tuttavia, devo essere sincero: il servizio ricevuto non è stato impeccabile. Durante il soggiorno non abbiamo mai avuto la possibilità di confrontarci di persona con qualcuno per chiarire alcuni aspetti. Quando abbiamo provato a contattare telefonicamente o via mail, le risposte sono risultate piuttosto poco soddisfacenti e poco risolutive. Ad esempio, avevo chiesto la possibilità di entrare nell’appartamento prima delle 16:00. Mi è stato risposto che avevano bisogno di tutto quel tempo per pulire e “tirare a lucido” l’appartamento e che la mattina seguente mi avrebbero fatto sapere se fosse stato possibile anticipare l’ingresso. Non ho mai ricevuto alcun riscontro. Alla fine siamo potuti entrare solo alle 18:00, con una bambina piccola e sotto la pioggia. Una volta arrivati nel centro storico di Arco, abbiamo scoperto che la strada per raggiungere l’appartamento è estremamente stretta tra le abitazioni, tanto che il mio SUV non riusciva a passare. Sono stato quindi costretto a parcheggiare a circa 10 minuti a piedi e a fare più volte la salita sotto la pioggia per trasportare tutte le valigie. Anche le indicazioni per il garage interrato non erano particolarmente chiare, nonostante il video esplicativo ricevuto. Inoltre, entrando in casa, speravo di trovare subito la tessera del parcheggio: era invece nascosta dentro un portafoglio appoggiato sul tavolo, in modo non facilmente individuabile. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, purtroppo non era così impeccabile come mi era stato assicurato. Al nostro ingresso il water presentava evidenti segni di utilizzo, con pipì e carta galleggiante: un dettaglio che lascia inevitabilmente perplessi

Arco é meravigliosa

Appartamento con tutti comfort in una posizione ottima, tranquilla e incantevole. Parcheggio poco distante. Le indicazioni per ritirare le chiavi molto semplici. Host molto disponibile e veloce e disponibile nelle risposte. Struttura curata e pulita di recente ristrutturazione molto comoda per centro con il mercatino. Anche se abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Super Kurzaufenthalt in Arco

Super super Aufenthalt in der Altstadt von Arco. Die Wohnung war in allen Belangen perfekt - sprich 100%. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Das einzige die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber auch nur beim ersten Mal!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die gute (zentrale) und ruhige Lage. Wir konnten dort gut schlafen, weil es nachts sehr ruhig war und das Bett recht bequem war. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Auch dass es einen Balkon gab hat uns gut gefallen. Das Servicebüro war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der in der Wohnung vorhandene Gasanzünder war leer, sodass wir einen neuen kaufen mussten. Ein Bild an der Wand würde mehr Stimmung in den Raum zaubern. Der Lüfter im Bad ratterte teilweise laut.
