Seaview cozy nest apartment

Superb, modern and secure complex. Apartment views (mountains from bedroom & sea from balcony), balcony (sun until past midday), location (to access main road) and shaded car parking. Lifts to parking & all floors. Perfect for Cascavelle Mall (5min drive) Flic-en-Flac Beach & restaurants (5min drive, 25 min walk) and for us to visit family in centre of the island (new road makes that much quicker than before). Very responsive host who also provided excellent instructions. Little reticent in providing a glowing review as I want the apartment to be available next time we're staying in Flic-en-Flac! But seriously, we will definitely stay here again if available.

A short 5 day stay in which one issue wasn't resolved until day 2 and another that wasn't resolved before we moved on. Host planned to have that done before next guest (seemingly host relies on building management for repairs, cleaning etc).

Nothing, all was cool !

Layout of the room was very practical, we had wash mashine and the garage was easy to access.

The kitchen tools were limited, it would be good to have extra pan available.

Logement bien placé à 5 minutes en voiture du front de mer de Flic en Flac. Bien équipé, grand et propre à l'intérieur. Super accueil de l'adorable gardien de l'immeuble qui nous a aidé à trouver l'appartement dans le labyrinthe de cet immeuble même si les instructions étaient relativement claires, et nous a accompagné jusqu'au bout pour nous y retrouver, merci à lui.

Le fait d'être sciemment mis au courant à la dernière minute et sachant que notre réservation était non annulable du fait que la piscine était en travaux et donc non utilisable. les travaux générant beaucoup de poussière, la terrasse était elle aussi non utilisable : impossible d'y prendre un café ou de faire sécher du linge. C'est dommage car l'appartement était plutôt agréable malgré le vis à vis avec les autres.
