Self check in, nice place with everything you need (all appliances) for a comfortable stay. Pool is a big plus, aircon in summer very nice. Good place to stay if you want to enjoy the rush and nightlife in Flic en flac. Everything, from the beach to the night clubs and restaurants is at walking distance.
Owner very responsive and communicated with us when needed. Sent us instructions.
Not that we didn't like it, but my husband arrived first and alone at nightime for check in and it took him some time to understand where the appartment was.
Maybe there should be some panel or directions for the parking indicated at the location itself.

several restaurants are within walking distance
Cascavelle shopping mall is only a few minutes drive away
secure parking
short drive to Wolmar beach front where one can find nice beaches stretching for kilometers
kitchen was well equipped, except that wine glasses are missing
stylish bathroom with good warm shower
noisy and busy main road in and out of Flic en Flac is right in front of the apartment block - you hear it all night long
mattress is rather hard and uncomfortable (spring coils)
auto-gate into the compound had permanent issues, host needed to replace remote as battery was flat (host responded quickly after we complained for the 2nd time)
no instructions on how to operate appliances, TV etc. / where to find things in the apartment
apartment could have been cleaner
