La taille du logement, mobilier ,le lit bébé et la climatisation dans toutes les chambres La disponibilité de l'appartement (nous avons reservé le jour même et apres midi). C'est un gros + Bonne communication avec l'hote (elle s'est excusée et nous a fait un geste sur la taxe de sejour) Très bon rapport qualité prix (si propre) et super pour une famille

Pas propre du tout : forte odeur de cigarette en entrant, restes dans le frigo, du linge toujours dans la machine à laver, margouillat mort et collé en plein milieu du mur du salon et d'autres choses... L'hôte devrait faire un point avec le responsable du ménage car cela porte préjudice au logement qui a un super potentiel Rue bruyante, appartement pas lumineux et pas bien isolé ( pas d'air qui circule, heureusement qu'il y avait la clim)

Location was perfect with public transport practically on the doorstep. Host was fantastic ensuring that I was having an enjoyable stay. Easy access to major towns by public transport. Restaurants ans entertainment within walking distance. The perfect spot for a great holiday.

Everything was perfect (for me). There was nothing to moan about.

1. As the name suggest, Desirella and Joshua, are sharing good vibes, assist where needed and in general we find them honest and very friendly. As the property had only two reviews of which one is so absolutely bad, we requested to visit the property before our stay as we were in the vicinity and was welcomed to do so. We were satisfied and continued with our booking. 2. The apartment is much more spacious than advertised and I am sure the owners will correct the square meters as it is surely about 100 m ². 3. Upon arrival the apartment was clean and the toilets sanitised. 4. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower with sufficient water pressure and hot water. The toilets have soft closing lids. 5. The kitchen is equipped nicely and we used it for home cooked meals. 6. The lounge area has a dining table and a comfortable couch. The smart flat scree TV is larger than you would normally find in rental accommodations, with all the streaming channels one could possibly need, e.g. Netflix. 7. Several games are available and we enjoyed using them. 8. The Wi-Fi is excellent and never failed during our 19 days of occupation. 9. The laundry area is equipped with a normal sized 7 kg washing machine, iron, drying rack and detachable indoor drying lines. 10. Sufficient cleaning products for the duration of our stay. 11. The location of the apartment is excellent and very close and walking distance from Klokan scooter and bike rentals, bars and restaurants, shopping centres and the beautiful Flic en Flac public beaches. On the ground floor of the apartment building are a bakery, a meat market, restaurant with traditional meals and all providing excellent products at affordable prices. Opposite the apartment building is a top pizza restaurant, estate agents and several general stores. 12. Bus stops for public transport very nearby. 13. We felt secure and safe at this location.

1. The apartment building requires an update especially regarding the entrances to the staircase and the locking mechanism. Keys are so outdated in my personal view. 2. Apartment is in the main coastal road and the vibe was a bit too busy for my personal taste as we are from a very quiet area, however it gets quieter during night times. 3. No blackout curtains in the bedrooms. 4. No dishwasher. For longer holiday accommodation, washing and dishwashing machines are for me personally a must.
