Without a doubt, the biggest highlight of this apartment is its location. It is very close to the beach — although not the best beach in Alghero — and not too far from the historic center. The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The building is quiet and has excellent parking, which was very convenient. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I didn’t meet the owner in person, but he seemed attentive and willing to help.
The cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The floor and furniture had quite a bit of dust, and the shower drain was clogged, so the water took a long time to go down. We also had a serious issue with the key to access the building. The key seemed to be new but didn’t work properly; on three occasions we were unable to open the gate when it was locked. One time, we had to wait outside for about 30 minutes until a resident arrived and opened the door. This was by far the worst experience during the stay.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso discreto.
Aspetti positivi: la comodità del posto auto, la posizione dell’appartamento e gli spazi interni, con una camera (delle due) ampia e un soggiorno/zona pranzo con tavolo molto grande e funzionale.
La comunicazione con l’host è stata un po’ altalenante e la pulizia non impeccabile, in particolare del bagno.
Il punto più critico è stato l’accesso al palazzo: la chiave del portone si è spezzata al primo utilizzo e, nonostante sia stata sostituita, il funzionamento è rimasto difficoltoso, creando disagi soprattutto al rientro serale, dove siamo stati scambiati per ladri da un inquilino del piano terra.
In generale l’appartamento è nella norma, ma ci sono margini di miglioramento, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la gestione degli accessi.
