Villa Verde is a beautiful spacious house in a great location - located 2 blocks from the ocean and 15 mins walk to the Old Town in a quiet residential area.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well kitted out and we cooked for 6 easily 2 nights of our stay.
The patio was a beautiful space to relax in with a spectacular hibiscus tree.
Giulia was a very attentive host, always responding and giving suggestions. I would happily return to this house
There were some mosquitoes but screens on the windows helped and we learned to keep the door closed! We did also see a cockroach one evening but it is hard to keep them out in warm countries. We simply kept the kitchen surfaces very clean and there were plenty of products provided to clean with.
The front road is busy early in the morning but I simply put in my ear plugs. By day 3 I didn't notice it anymore. The bedrooms at the back are very quiet.

Villa Verde to dom położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, bardzo blisko pięknej, szerokiej i czystej plaży. Villa jest klimatycznym miejscem wyposażonym we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Na posesji mogą zaparkować dwa auta. Właścicielka, Giulia, jest osobą bardzo życzliwą i pomocną. Polecam pobyt w Villa Verde. Warto tu przyjechać, warto tu wrócić.

Good location.
Agent asked for additional fees 2 days before arrival. Tried to charge for towels - clearly stated in list of facilities. Washing machine and ironing facilities were in locked room -said these were not for guest use - photos of villa clearly showed washing machine - agent then removed this photograph during our stay. Booked a 3 bed villa with the expectation that we could use 3 bedrooms - not all beds were made up. Worst experience ever of a rental booking!
