+ The location: is very close to the beach, the bus station and the railway station.
- Low sound proofing: it can get really noisy because of the traffic, especially at midnight.
- Low water pressure: if you take a shower and you happen to use the washing machine or somebody else uses the kitchen sink in the same time, the water gets cut off completely.
- Slow internet: it has a pocket WiFi that shows full signal, but most of the time it can barely load a YouTube video.

La posizione ottima... Tt vicino: spiaggia, bar, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato etc... Unica pecca strada rumorosa, la casa nn ha infissi e si sente tt.
Lo stato dell'appartamento, decisamente trascurato, I muri sporchi, tapparelle rotte, forno, cappa e tv nn andavano(wi-fi che nn andava bene) .. La pressione dell'acqua bassissima..doccia minuscola. . Direi che con quello che si paga mi aspettavo almeno un'appartamento curato.... Carino l'arredamento, proprietario gentile.... Ma cmq delusa!! Mi spiace!!
