La casa è in una posizione ideale ad Alghero: a due passi dal mare e permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Alghero. Bari, supermercati e ristoranti sono a portata di mano e il proprietario, Pietro, è sempre cordiale e disponibile!

La posizione ottima... Tt vicino: spiaggia, bar, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato etc... Unica pecca strada rumorosa, la casa nn ha infissi e si sente tt.
Lo stato dell'appartamento, decisamente trascurato, I muri sporchi, tapparelle rotte, forno, cappa e tv nn andavano(wi-fi che nn andava bene) .. La pressione dell'acqua bassissima..doccia minuscola. . Direi che con quello che si paga mi aspettavo almeno un'appartamento curato.... Carino l'arredamento, proprietario gentile.... Ma cmq delusa!! Mi spiace!!
