During the weekend the site accommodated a number of customised cars with loud exhausts which spoilt the tranquility of the site

Lovely well maintained park. Great location. The property was generally clean, except for the kitchen floor on arrival. Well stocked. Comfortable beds.

On entering the property and taking off my shoes, I noticed that the entrance/kitchen lino flooring felt gritty. I found the broom and swept the the floor and gathered quite a significant pile of sand. Later that evening when it was getting dark, I found the main lounge light too bright, so I plugged in the standing lamp that was situated in the lounge. This instantly banged, sparks came out the base of the plug (onto my hand) and all the electrics fused. The fuse box didn’t solve the problem as it had tripped the switch outside the property and we had to call out the site maintenance man to help get the electricity back on. When taking the lamp plug out of the socket, we discovered that the cable wire had not been wired into the plug lamp at all and the wire just fell out of the plug unit. Finally, there are ants appearing in the kitchen. Mainly either side of the hob. Every time we walked past, we had to check and usually kill 1-3 on each inspection. So we couldn’t put any food over that side of the room.

A very comfortable cabin although tight space in main bedroom and bathroom. Good facilities in the cabin for up to three people. A very quiet area that is well maintained. Close to town and other tourist spots, by car.

Nothing negative.

Outside seating area, air conditioning, fridge/freezer! Games available. Location

Cleanliness bearing in mind we are paying £70 for cleaning, the musty/smoky smell, broken door handle/lock on ensuite door, toilet seats dont fit, skirting boards away from wall, 2nd bedroom needs a revamp, cobwebs! Passes not inc for the expensive cost of the caravan.
