Two bathrooms and view And air was a god send

Small bedroom would be ideal with just a single bed not enough space for bunk beds very claustrophobic ! I would change sofa to a sofa bed ! Then it would still be family friendly ! I would only rebook if this happened ! Could do with an air fryer And leather sofas were covered in cleaning oil when we arrived and I mean swimming we had to clean them to sit down and pots and pans were dirty

It had air conditioning, which was fantastic as we were at the end of a really long heatwave. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were perfect. The two bathrooms were spotless. It was nice to have a balcony deck with outdoor furniture. The lake lodge compound was very secure.

The lodge was semi detached and smaller than the photos suggested. The carpet in the lounge area was stained, the furniture mismatched and the side table paint in the double bedroom was chipped. There was no corkscrew or serving bowl for salad. Despite the Lodges overlooking a lake in the photos, there was no access to the lake. You could not for instance go for a walk around the lake. Unfortunately the noise from the dual carriage way together with the noise from the concrete factory on made sitting out on the decking unpleasent. There was a road with parked lorries on the road behind us. I found that off putting.
