A lovely, spacious apartment, tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and the second bathroom was very convenient as we were a threesome (both bedrooms were comfortable, one double, the other two singles). Apartment is situated in a very quiet private road a minute's walk from the centre. Laura was happy to allow us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours before and after the official check-in/out times, which was helpful as we were travelling by train and there are no left luggage facilities elsewhere. Chichester has a lot to offer, and day trips by train to Arundel and Fishbourne were easy and most enjoyable.

The tiniest of quibbles: we took a while to find the keybox on arrival, but perhaps hadn't read the instructions carefully enough. The concierge was very helpful, though. And we weren't sure about where in kitchen to put recyclables, as there seemed to be only one general purpose bin. But these are trivial points and did not prevent us having a delightful time in the apartment. We would very happily stay there again.

Great location within walking distance of most things you would want in the city centre. Well equipped and comfortable beds . Lift and parking also really good , especially for a guest with a slight disability.
