Vases of flowers affected my daughter in law quite significantly although they were beautiful but perhaps one or two would have suited our party better. Location was further out from Chichester than we had anticipated and of course weather so bad on the Saturday unfortunately.

The house was lovely decorated with very comfy beds. Great location for visiting Goodwood.

The location was excellent for walking into the city centre, a pleasant 20 minute walk along the canal path. Compared to the much more expensive properties in the city centre it was a reasonable price. The house was comfortable and just big enough of a party of four adults. Generous welcome pack.
The bathroom door needs attention as it squeaks loudly which meant anyone using the loo in the night woke everyone up. The frying pan and wok need replacing as they were badly burned. We were a bit disconcerted with the amount of open packets of food left in the cupboards, fridge and freezer. It meant there wasn't an empty cupboard to put our own food in.
