Excellent location, clean and well equipped. Parking a useful add on

A little “tired” in terms of decor and finish but perfectly usable.

Wonderful location in the city centre, yet very quiet. The flat was neat and tidy, and had a big plus of a parking space. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Wifi was excellent, and we appreciated the little added extras, like a shampoo dispenser in the shower and a welcome basket.

Two very old and very scratched non-stick frying pans were a disappointment; we avoided using them. Some couples may love the mattress, but my wife and I are getting on and found it not terribly supportive. Despite that, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend the flat.

Property was looking tired and carpets need cleaning. Beds were not very comfortable. Bathroom/shower very basic and needs updating. Kitchen equipment also very basic

The location for going into Chichester city was excellent. The room sizes were good, with plenty of light. There was a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The place was tired it could have done with a touch of paint and a general freshen up. The bed in the main bedroom is far too big with the wooden surround, there is so little room to move around the bed. There is only one bedside cabinet which is again too big and over the other side of the bed, two smaller ones would be better. Take the doors off the wardrobe, as they don't fit properly in either bedroom. More importantly there are no mirrors or bins in either bedrooms! There were too few mugs and teaspoons, smaller bowls/dishes would be useful, I had to have yogurt in a glass! One window didn't open which was a shame as it was very hot and any breeze was coming from that direction, the other windows opened perfectly. A lamp in the room would have been useful. There were no curtains to block out the sun or to cover windows in the evening, only very fine black nets. The shower panel on the side of the bath is fixed, so difficult to reach taps without getting into the bath, it made getting in and out a more difficult. We took a non-slip mat and suction grab rail which were very useful.
