Good value for money - would have liked to have stayed longer but this was just a stopover.

We arrived very late and left early so did not have the opportunity to experience much of the property or the location. The flat was extremely clean and well decorated, brilliant parking in what seemed like a very safe place. Communication was great and very friendly - instructions to get into the property were very straight forward and appreciated the mobile phone numbers just in case we had problems.

I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom, and a bedside lamp. There was a small lamp which I was able to move to the bedside table as I had an extension lead with me. Also a coaster for a drink on the bedside table would have been good - did not want to mark the immaculate furniture. VERY minor points which addressed would make the property PERFECT - it really was a lovely place.

Ideal location to travel around east Scotland the apartment was clean tidy all the amenities you needed

It was clean had everything you needed bed was comfortable and the location ideal for seeing the sights of eastern Scotland,but the downside was only staying for 1 night

I hadn’t realised it was an upstairs flat and my sister in law struggled a bit with the stairs but that was a minor detail that I should have noticed when booking.

Brilliant Accommodation 👍

Great flat, it has everything that you need, parking right outside the property, very quiet estate, stunning views from the livingroom window. The flat was more than big enough for 4 adults. I'd highly recommend the Chinese takeaway in the town, probably the best Chinese I've had.

Lock not working on bathroom which was a minor inconvenience as party of two couples. It didn’t spoil our stay however

The property had good safe parking, the house is in a quiet area and we slept well, walking distance from Brora shops and an excellent Indian takeaway Sid's Spice (would recommend). This was a good stay on our NC500 trip.

Great potential but the beds let us down - literally!

Very clean and had everything we needed except comfortable mattresses and great price for the facilities we had, though would have paid more if that's what it takes to get more comfortable beds!

The beds were soft and unsupportive. A good night's sleep is very important and feel strongly that better beds should be provided and good beds would make this accommodation exceptionally good.

Exceptional!

Fantastic accommodation, tastefully decorated, meticulously clean and well presented. Everything on site that could possibly be needed. Communication with the hosts has been exceptional and I would highly recommend this apartment to other guests looking for a place to stay. Well done to the owners, Simon & Lyndsay for providing such a clean, tidy and well maintained property.

A great place to stay, warm, spacious, comfortable and relaxing.

Easy to find and get into, easy parking, and very fresh and spacious with lovely mountain views. Constant comfortable temperature with no need to fiddle with heating controls, and everything worked as it should. Comfy beds and sofas and nice bath and shower with loads of hot water, and well laid out kitchen. We didn't meet the hosts but Simon gave us all the information we needed and we didn't have to ask about anything.

Although it is generally a very good quality apartment, some of the cookware wasn't so good,e.g. the frying pan didn't sit flat on the electric hob, one of the pans was bent, and there was no mixing jug or similar. There was no dining table so we ate off our knees. Also, people need to be aware that the entire apartment is on the first floor with a fairly steep staircase leading up to it. Not a criticism, but something which might not be clear from the description.

Comfy, cosy and practical in a great location. Everything we needed.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre. Comfy beds and sofas, nice powerful shower and a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of parking right outside and views over the hills - really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do so again!

Er is geen plek om buiten te zitten. Voor ons geen enkel probleem maar wel iets om met name in de zomer rekening mee te houden.
