Bel appartement, spacieux, très bien aménagé, avec la vue sur la mer et la proximité des commerces et restaurants. Endroit très calme.
Le chauffage en automne.

The apartment was very well appointed, especially the kitchen, which is unusual in a rental property. The whole apartment was very bright and light. The patio faced the sea and was a good size with 2 recliners and a table for 4. It was an easy walk into town and the port. There is also a dedicate parking space.
On arrival the building itself is rather unprepossessing, bu the block is due for renovation next year.

Magnifique appartement avec belle vue sur l'océan... Il est très bien décoré, fonctionnel et très propre... Idéalement placé (le balcon avec vue est du côté calme de Concarneau...) et le centre à quelques minutes à pieds... Top !
L'appartement est niché dans l'ombre. Donc peu de soleil qui l'atteint par beau temps (mais c'est peut-être un avantage aussi par temps pluvieux ?)... Juste pour info, le descriptif indique notamment "plage privée" ! On y croyait pas de trop...et c'est évidemment pas le cas...

Het uitzicht was geweldig.
Het gebouw was lelijk en in sommige delen van de gangen stonk het erg naar afval.
