-BLUE- Studio avec vue mer et parking

The apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was a lift. There is open-air parking behind the building and we were given a number car space to park in. The apartment was about a 5+ min walk through the back streets to the main port area, and about a further 5 mins to the old town. It was large enough and well enough laid out to fit a good bed plus a sofa, with a small kitchen in the main living area. The bathroom was large and separated from the living area back down the entry hallway. It had a washing machine that was very handy. The best feature was its balcony, which had ample room for 4 chairs and table, and its ocean view was fantastic. The apartment faces mostly south, rather than west, so you don't get the sunset view over the water, but rather, it sets over the houses to the west. Overall the apartment was very nice.

There was no air conditioning in the apartment. Luckily, the major heat wave that Europe had been experiencing in July had dissipated enough during our stay, so the single fan that was in the apartment was enough to keep us cool. Not sure it would have been enough during the heat wave though. The entire building had been going through what seemed to be a major refresh so there was scaffolding on part of the building, but not on our apartment. However, the grassed area on the ground below all of the building's apartments was still pretty messy to look at. Hopefully this would all be cleaned up when the refresh work finished. Please note that you also have to pay extra for linen (i.e. EUR 20 for bedding sheets and bath towels) which i found very strange (as I've never had to do that with any Booking.com apartment before).

In der Agentur dir den Schlüssel bereit hielt, gab es deutschsprachiges Personal. die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel mit einem super tollen Meerblick. Das Apartment lag nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Die Aufzüge im Haus sind etwas klein.
