Here is the ideal accommodation to discover Concarneau, for two. Fully renovated and functional, it is also very well located, in the immediate vicinity of the town centre and its shops, whilst being surrounded by beaches. The first beach is less than 300 metres away and you can vary your pleasures since several other beaches are accessible on foot.
Upon entering the apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with lift), you have access to the semi-open kitchen which is spacious and well-equipped: an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, as well as all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. The dining area opens onto a bright lounge corner.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation has:
- A bedroom equipped with a double bed (140/200)
As well as a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
You can park your vehicle in the dedicated parking space.

- This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- This furnished property is not equipped with wi-fi access.
