Maison neuve très bien équipée et décorée. Belle vue sur la mer. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé pour nos visites. Tout était parfait.

The view from the balcony over Concarneau Bay was very nice.
The apartment was described as Luxury but that was a massive overstatement. It was a small white painted studio apartment with Ikea furniture. The Apartment block was shabby and in a run down area of the town. At night the local youths would race up and down the sea front on noisy scooters, so impossible to leave a window open if you wanted any sleep.
