House with 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with dressing room, the other upstairs that can accommodate 2 children with 2 small beds, or a large bed for a couple. The south-facing living room is bright and offers a fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with wood stove. Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. A 40m² terrace overlooking a quiet and green pedestrian path. A garden with fruit trees and others. Car park. This house was completely redone in 2010.

We were able to blend into the neighborhood (wife fluent in French). Very walkable town. Loved being so near the harbour. Glenan Islands a bit overhyped. Pont Aven worth a full day. Beautiful hiking on the GR-34. Prop. owner Claudie great resource and a pleasure to get to know.

Great week in Concarneau

The house is really very nice, kitchen with everything needed and located very close to the centre but still quite. The garden is very beautiful with lots of opportunities to spend time in shade or sun. It should be noted, that bed linen are included but towels not - that was our mistake as description is right. Man thanks Claudie for being your guests, it was a really great week.

Das Haus ist wirklich eine liebevoll eingerichtete Oase mitten in der Stadt. Im Haus findet man alles vor, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Räume bieten genügend Platz und Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der gut von der Außenwelt isolierte Außenbereich bietet von der Essgruppe über Loungemöbel bis zu Liegestühlen wundervolle Möglichkeiten den Urlaub zu genießen. Vom Haus aus kann man sowohl den Hafen mit der Altstadt, Markthalle, Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants, als auch die Strände zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Super logement à concarneau

Maison très belle, cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bien située dans le centre de concarneau, très calme. Un jolie terrasse et un beau petit jardin bien arboré. Maison fonctionnelle avec une chambre à l'étage et une autre en bas. Très bien équipée. Pas de recherche de place, cours intérieur avec portail pour mettre la voiture en sécurité. Propre, linge de maison fournis. Accueil super par Claudie qui est fort sympathique. Je recommande sans hésiter.

La maison et le jardin sont pleins de charme. La maison est décorée avec goût, et elle est bien équipée. Elle est située dans un lieu calme, et proche du centre ville (pour ne pas dire dans le centre !). Et enfin, Claudie est très sympa !

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, das Objekt war sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist der sehr gemütliche Garten. Vom Haus aus ist das Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso die Altstadt. Concarneau hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zum Baden sind wir aber immer woanders hingefahren, meistens in das etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernte Bernodet, das einen sehr schönen Strand hat, an dem man Mittags auch etwas essen kann. Vom Concarneau kann man gut zahlreiche Nachbarstädte besuchen, was unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat auf Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Das Wetter war perfekt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in zentraler Lage mit Stellplatz vor dem Haus und einen wundervollen Garten vorne und einer privaten und gemütliche Terrasse hinten. Die Küche ist zum Kochen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Claudie ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Das Haus ist genau so, wie es in den Fotos dargestellt wird. Perfekte Lage, direkt im Zentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe, trotzdem sehr ruhig, 3 Min. mit dem Rad zum Strand, sehr gute Ausstattung, stilvoll und mit künstlerischer Note. Sehr angenehme Gastgeberin - alles perfekt!

très jolie maison au centre de la ville, dans un environment calme (à coté de la route Verte). à 10 min à pied de la plage des Sables Blancs. Trés bel intérieur; cuisine avec tous les comforts. Nous (famille de quatres personnes) avons passé deux semaines très agréable et comfortable dans cette belle maison, sur la terasse et dans le jardin. Du temps mauvais? Pas de soucis avec un tel logement. On s'est très bien detendu dans cette maison. La proprietaire est très chaleureux. Le contact a été totalement sympathique et facile (meme lorsque nous sommes arrivés beaucoup plus tard que prévu). Merci beaucoup, Mme Le Mao pour un sejour absolument charmant dans votre très belle maison. (Veuillez excuser mon Francais) Das Haus hat unserem Urlaub wirklich die besondere Note verliehen. Es ist sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Vor allem aber ist es wirklich komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir (Familie mit vier Personen) haben uns sehr gern in dem Haus oder dem Garten aufgehalten und uns darin einfach wohlgefühlt. Regentage haben da gar nichts ausgemacht. Die Küche bietet allen Komfort. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war absolut freundlich und unkompliziert und hat unsere Wertschätzung für Concarneau noch einmal gesteigert. Absolut empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, Mme Le Mao, dass wir in Ihrem Haus so eine schöne Zeit verbringen durften! Alexander Kolleth

Kleines, aber schönes, sehr stilvoll und komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus in schöner, zentraler und sehr praktischer Lage, mitten im Zentrum von Concarneau. Komplette Ausstattung, W-Lan, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, kleiner Garten und gemütliche, nicht einsehbare Loggia hinter dem Haus. Der Marché und das Meer sind zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen.
