Acque Romane Piazza di Spagna

LOCATION - the location was perfect! We had everything we could want around us. From restaurants, bars, gelato to shops and barbers. Couldn’t not have picked a better location. PROPERTY - the property was great. It had everything we needed for a 4 person stay. New and clean bathrooms, clean bedding and a balcony with a view. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and feels very modern and fresh. The bathrooms were particularly impressive and everything felt new and well maintained. EXTRAS - We were also very grateful for the thoughtful hospitality from the owners. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided on arrival, which was a lovely touch. During our stay, we were cool during the night and the owners kindly delivered additional blankets to our door without hesitation.

STAIRS - The only thing future guests should be aware of is that the apartment is located up eight flights of stairs. This wasn’t a problem once we were settled in as the apartment was gorgeous, but carrying luggage in 38°C heat after travelling was challenging. For anyone with mobility issues, this would be an issue.

Everything! It was modern, clean and in a fantastic location. The stocked fridge and toiletries were an unexpected bonus! The aircon was powerful and the beautiful little balcony was perfect to sit on and soak up the sounds of the city. The hosts were fantastic, any questions were answered literally instantly and they couldn’t do enough to help us. When we come back to Rome we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The absolute only slight negative was the stairs to the apartment. It’s on the top floor and they are steep. But we got used to it.

Az apró részletekig, minden tökéletes volt. A belső kialakítás, a minőség, a használhatóság. Pillanatok alatt jól befűthető a tér. Nagy tükrök. Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Kiváló kapcsolattartás, kedvesség, figyelmesség. Rengeteget utazok, de ritkán vagyok ennyire elégedett egy szállással.

Szombaton hajnalban lépcsőházat takarítottak. Ez kicsit hangos volt, illetve éjjel valahol rekeszeket pakoltak, ami szintén hangos volt.
