立地が良いのと、広々しています。キッチンは使いやすいです。スタッフのコミュニケーションも返事が早いので、良かったです。
入口が分かりにくいので、チェックインの時は場所を詳しく指示してほしい。 シャワー、洗濯機などの水回りの設備が、使いにくいし、古い。 トイレットペーパーが最低限しかないので、予備を多めに置いて欲しい。ゴミを捨てて欲しいと書いてますが、分別の仕方や、何時まで捨てるのかなどのルールの記載がないので、分かりませんでした。

La ubicació. Hi ha el necessari per passar-hi uns dies allotjat. Escala molt tranquila.
La finestra que dona a la galeria interior no tancava bé i se sentia molt soroll dels aires condicionats i entrava escalfor per allà.

Great location, very spaceous, big apartament, first flore. Easy acces. Big fridge, full kitchen. 20 min from railway station.
No windows in a living room. Its dark. Loud noise from airconditioner from other apts, and from the street.

Spacious, comfortable, close to great parts of Florence and attractions. Having access to a washing machine is also huge plus.
It’s located next to a late night club and the bedroom takes in all the sound of traffic, garbage collection and people partying in the street below, going late into the night and early morning so we slept poorly during most of our stay. Also the kitchen stove light was burnt out and the kitchen overall lacked some items to make cooking there easy (corkscrew, spatula).
