Clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of extra pillows and towels, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and some appreciated snacks and water. Host is attentive and thoughtful.

Clean, well equipped (but no dish washer!), full of little useful kitchen elements, close to transportation & ocean, good beds
Extremely noisy! Tram, neighbors above, air conditioning (heating here: you just can’t sleep!), fridge, fan in bathroom: more than annoying / it prevents from working and/or enjoying the place
