L’emplacement au top. Très central.
La propriété dans l’immeuble et une propriété moyenne dans l’appartement. Le réfrigérateur pas bien nettoyé , il était plein de glace. Les ustensiles de cuisines très peu nombreux et non fonctionnels.

地点很好，购物和交通都很方便，距离瓦莱塔等地方也比较近。配套设施也很完备，厨房和空调、盥洗等也很给力。
床垫稍微软一点，但也不是缺点，只是我睡习惯了稍硬的床垫，总体上不错。

Dobra lokalizacja, łatwy dojazd komunikacją zbiorową. Blisko do Valletty. Wystarczające wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, duży salon, sprawna klimatyzacja, adapter do wtyczek UE.
Lokal wymaga "doczyszczenia", szybkie sprzątanie nie sprawdza się. Brak mydła w łazience. Kabina prysznicowa do renowacji. W pokojach szafki skręcane na szybko, w szufladach masa pozostałości po ekipie. Jak to na Malcie, w okolicy kilka placów budowy, więc hałas mimo zamkniętych okien do końca roku gwarantowany.

Appartamento pulito, moderno e funzionale...buona posizione
Alcuni problemi : Per due giorni non ha funzionato l'ascensore. L'aria condizionata dopo 10 minuti faceva saltare il contatore. Il giorno della partenza non c'era acqua calda. Il televisore non era settato e quindi non si vedevano canali in chiaro. Suggerisco di verificare questi problemi, risolti i quali l'appartamento è buono e confortevole.
