The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! One-minute walk from the bus stop and a 5-10-minutes walk to all the attractions of Città Alta. The apartment itself is very nice, warm and clean. The WiFi is sufficient. The kitchen is well-equipped. And its patio must be very pleasant in the summer.

Great location. Easy access with clear instructions Clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short stay.

Street light comes through the windows at night, so if you are sensitive to light while trying to sleep take an eye mask

Very beautiful city Bergamo Italy,both old and new!

The location was perfect .You are able to reach quick the cable car and the bus.Very close to the center of the village Citta Alta Bergamo,a beautiful place.

A problem with the heating of the appartement.We were freezing in the house and in the beds due to extreme humidity in the air maybe of the old walls (made by rock?).The temperature inside , never exceeded 19 celsium and when i asked the manager to up the temperature a little more (in the temperature device was a note ) she said no it's the Italian law.The place have a fireplace without wood ,for decorative reasons i suppose. If we could use that once ,the place will be moisture free. We were dressed with oyr jackets inside the house most of the time.2 of us catch a cold after .Secondly for people over than 50 years old, the one bed was a bunk bed ,difficult to climb. It wasn't so obvious in the ad.

Apartment in Citta Alta

Large, clean apartment in a fantastic location in Citta Alta. The bed was really large and comfortable and there was a decent shower.

Unable to connect to WiFi for the duration of our stay. The host did try to help and arranged for another router to be dropped off but this did not work. This was frustrating and we wouldn't return for this reason. No hangers to hang clothes in wardrobe. It also have been helpful to have instructions on how shower, coffee machine etc worked.

Wonderful!

The location is great, it is a very cool apartment during the hot summer days we spent in Bergamo. It was quiet and close to the old center old town.

The wifi connection was very low. Even thought there were two repeaters the signal was not enough. We were obliged to go to the street to catch signal.

A very nice and well placed apartment in the old town.

Clean and well placed accommodation right in the heart of the old town. The town itself is wonderful and also very clean and well kept. We were only there for 2 days but will return at some stage.

WiFi reception was poor to non-existent but I was told that this was due to a recent bad storm that had knocked out some transmitter infrastructure. It is worth checking that this is now fully working as I now class WiFi as an essential service.

Staying in a beautiful apartment within an old building made our break feel really special..it was clean,spacious & within easy walking distance of everything that historical Bergamo has to offer !!Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay, fantastic position and the house itself has a beautiful old feel to it.

The shower takes a bit longer to warm up, but as it was already rather warm, it was no problem.

A charming apartment in Città Alta

St James Home was a well located, comfortable and a lovely place to stay in gorgeous Città Alta. It was close to both the bus stop, funicular, mini mart and all the sights of Milan. The evenings were quiet and peaceful. Veronica was a fabulous host and gave very clear instructions for entry, WiFi etc. We communicated easily by WiFi and she even made a booking for dinner on our behalf at a nearby restaurant. Thank you Veronica!

Una casa genial

Una casa perfecta! Vuelvo por tercera vez en Bergamo y es la mejor estancia de todas! Limpieza impecable, en céntrico de Citta Alta y a un minuto de la parada del autobús a Aeropuerto, tienes todo necesario para corta o larga estancia- las habitaciones espaciosas, la cocina muy completa con detalles de cafe, te, galletas etc El patio es genial- tomando una copita por la tarde al aire libre no tiene precio! Hay dos televisores, el WiFi funciona perfectamente! La anfitriona Verónica siempre atenta y muy amable! Muchas gracias por todo y espero hasta pronto!

A casa muito bonita e confortável. Muito prático para visitar Bergamo citta alta. Perto do funicular. Faz separação dos resíduos domésticos.

O estacionamento para o carro é dispendioso, mesmo após beneficiar do acordo que o alojamento tem com a garagem mais próxima, pagámos 20€ por dia mais 10€ para registar a matrícula e poder entrar com o carro na citta alta.

W Bergamo pędziliśmy cudowny weekend. Piękne widoku, prześliczne uliczki, pyszna kawa i cudowni ludzie.

Urządzony we Włoskim stylu, uroczy apartament, idealny na weekendowy wyjazd, na b pewno sprawdził by się na dłuższy pobyt. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. To jedno z tych miejsc, gdzie wchodzisz i czujesz się jak w domu.

Vše OK, ráda využiju ubytování znovu

Apartmán ca 150 m od zastávky autobusu (na nádraží, na letiště), na ulici vedoucí k horní stanici lanovky (stanice Cittá Alta, 200 m). Poblíž kavárna, pekárna, irská hospoda, malý obchod s potravinami (200 m). Centrum starého města 3 minuty pěšky. Apartmán pro max. 5 lidí (1 velká moderní koupelna). Vše odpovídalo fotografiím na Booking.com. Výborná komunikace s majitelkou přes WhatsApp, doporučila i restaurace se slevou v okolí ubytování, check-in i check-out zcela bez problémů. Příjemné posezení na terase (dvorku). Pokud ještě pojedu do Bergama, ráda se zde znovu ubytuji.

Občas slabší wi-fi, ale to je vzhledem k umístění aparmánu ve staré části města v historickém domě zcela pochopitelné (a pro mě osobně to nehraje roli).

Logement conforme à la description. Situé dans la Cité Haute à proximité à pied des lieux à visiter. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire / gérante qui nous a transmis toutes les informations utiles pour faciliter notre séjour. Disponible via messagerie même tard le soir le jour de notre arrivée, malgré notre retard.

Météo très chaude en ce début d'été, un seul ventilateur n'était pas suffisant dans le logement. Il faudrait qu'il y en ait un dans chaque chaque chambre et dans la pièce principale.

Capodanno a Bergamo

Ottima posizione in centro storico all'interno della mura della citta' alta a due passi da Porta S.Giacomo (a 1minuto dalla fermata dell'autobus N.1 e 2minuti dalla funicolare) l'appartamento si trova al primo piano con un bel cortile interno privato, tutto corrisponde come da foto e descrizioni, pavimenti in legno e travi a vista sul soffitto, caminetto decorativo sulla parete in pietra della sala. In cucina non manca proprio niente, comprese spugne nuove e detersivi. Il bagno con la grande doccia e' ben illuminato e si trova proprio davanti alla camera da letto, sul corridoio che porta alla cameretta con i due letti a castello utile come guardaroba visto che in camera non ci sono armadi. Bella la soluzione che completa le pareti con una lastra di vetro fino ai soffitti.

Il materasso a molle non e' comodo perche' sembra di dormire in barca! Le porte scorrevoli sono funzionali sul corridoio ma quella del bagno si apre con molta difficolta' e andrebbe sistemata. Finestre e imposte non sono insonorizzate. Mancano tende oscuranti. L'illuminazione della sala e' buona ma i neon andrebbero mascherati meglio e la parete in pietra potrebbe essere valorizzata maggiormente.
