Good and quiet location, but AC was a problem/not there

Spacious apartment, good and quiet location.

We first had an apartment without working AC (it was there, but not installed). The second apartment did have AC, but a 'movable AC', which was very loud and didnt work as good as a split AC. That was disappointing. Because thats why we booked this place, as it gets hot in Oaxaca.

Excelente ubicación a pocos minutos caminando al Zócalo, todo muy limpio y cuartos súper amplios. Buena comunicación y atención de la persona que nos recibió. Lo recomiendo y volveríamos a hospedarnos!

Tiene muchas arañas,tijerillas,telarañas en las paredes,la muchacha de la limpieza no trapea,no barre,NO cambias las sabanas hasta que uno se lo pida las toallas tampoco las cambian hasta que tube que hablarle al encargado En cuestion de lumpieza no es buena.

Die anderen Betten Standen im Wohnzimmer und es gab keine Möglichkeit die Eingangstür zu verdunkeln. D.h es ist immer Licht reingefallen. Bei der Schiebetür zum Lüften hält manchmal der Hebel zum Abschließen nicht

Tienen un problema con el calentador . No hay suministro de agua caliente . Son solo 3 Deptos en el edificio y solo una vez pudimos tener agua caliente para la ducha . A excepción del tema del agua caliente , estuvo excelente

Buena opción para considerar

Muy atento la persona que nos abrió el estacionamiento y el departamento, el lugar esta super céntrico por lo que no batallas ir caminando a los principales lugares.

El único "pero" que yo le vería es que solo tienen mini Split en la recamara principal y no en la secundaria, pero al menos tienen un abanico que ayuda.

Esta padrísimo el departamento, definitivamente volvería a estar en ese lugar.

Nosotros salimos el día domingo y teníamos planeado salir a las 8:00am, pero nunca me mencionaron que no abrían el estacionamiento y que las personas encargadas del departamento, también serían encargadas de abrir para sacar el coche, pues total, tuve que hablar por teléfono, se tardaron y salimos a las 10:00
