Iam sure you can find a better accommodation

I stayed at Lofts Marques recently and unfortunately encountered several issues that affected my comfort during the visit. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout my stay, which made it difficult to stay connected for work and personal needs. Additionally, the main door features extensive glass panels, and the hallway lights shine directly into the room at night, making it challenging to achieve the darkness needed for restful sleep. Noise was also a significant concern. Buses parked directly outside the bedroom window created constant disturbance, which was particularly disruptive during early mornings and evenings. On my first night, I requested assistance with the air conditioning and ceiling fan, which were not functioning properly. I was assured the issues would be addressed the following day. However, when I returned from my classes and checked with reception, I was informed that everything had been repaired. Upon entering my room, I discovered that nothing had been touched—the fan and A/C controls remained without their covers and batteries, exactly as I had left them. It appears no one actually came to service the room. I also requested coffee during my stay and was told it was only provided on the first day. For a nearly 15-day stay in a loft at this price point, being denied such a basic amenity seemed unreasonable and quite disappointing. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests and the limited amenities for an extended stay were frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests

Good but the shower could be better

The room was very clean and nice we liked the Alexa .

The courtains in the shower are really bad and also the water is never hot . It takes 10 min to get hot for 5 minutes . There is no Kleenex and no bathroom vanities to place the toothbrush

angenehmer Aufenthalt, zu empfehlen !

sehr gute Zimmerausstattung mit gut ausgestatteter Kitchenette, freundliches Personal.

Wir waren im Loft 1 im ersten Stock, der Strassenlärm war in der Nacht gut wahrzunehmen. Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten, Autoschlüssel wurden an der Rezeption hinterlegt, damit das Personal die Wagen umparken kann (auch auf der Strasse vor dem Hotel, sehr staubig)

La ubicación es buena, aunque la calle es muy transitada, por lo que la hace ruidosa

Los balcones estaban llenos de tierra, después supe que era por que estaban relaminando la calle

La habitación está bien y moderna.

Llegué en la noche y nos recibió una chico con uns muy mala actitud, más bien grosero, me dio una llave y me dijo que era arriba, en la parte de arriba había 2 puertas, le pregunté en cuál y me gritó que a la derecha, metí la llave en la puerta que me dijo y no abrió la puerta, fuimos a la otra puerta y abrió la puerta, nos metimos y como a los 10 minutos subió la persona tocando y diciendo que porque habíamos entrado a esa habitación y le dije que fue la llave que me dio y me dijo...."pues te dije que era la otra puerta" obvio si me dan una llave y abre esa puerta pues por lógica entras a la llave que te dan y nos dijo que nos saliéramos y me dio otra llave para irme a la otra habitación. En la habitación había cucarachitas chicas, en el baño y en la parte de la cocina, maté varias. El precio es muy alto para como nos trataron, para el lugar con cucarachas y la ubicación.

Hospedate pet friendly pero con deficiencias para humanos 😞

Me agrado que tenia estacionamiento dentro de la instalacion, la alberca (aunque le falta mantenimiento), y que otorgaron cama especial para mascota.

Que la alberca carece de mantenimiento y limpieza. Y el servicio de internet estuvo pesimo pese a que la habitacion tenia router y estaba arriba de la recepcion. La pantalla no tenia cable y no pudimos hacer eso porque el internet estaba fallando.
