Huoneisto on sopiva 2 aikuiselle ja 1-2 lapselle. Siinä on iso parveke merinäköalalla. Sijainti on vallan upea, talo on keskellä korttelia rauhallisessa paikassa. Tästä huolimatta sijainti on keskeinen: kaupat, kahvilat, ravintolat ja ranta ovat ihan vieressä. Myös cinque terre on ihan vieressä ja sinne pääsee levantosta lautalla, junalla, pyörällä tai kävelen. Huoneiston materiaalit ja varustelut ovat laadukkaat ja pohja on toimiva.
Mikrouunissa ei ollut kupua, joten uuni sotkeutuu helposti. Korttelissa tehdään rakennustöitä, joiden äänet eivät välttämättä miellytä jokaista.

La vue du balcon donne sur des blocs vétustes. Appartement aurait besoin d’être mieux équipé et est particulièrement vieillot.

In der Beschreibung stand: Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer. Da wir die Wohnung zu dritt gebucht hatten, nahmen wir an, dass es ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer gibt. Es gab aber im Ganzen nur ein eher kleines Zimmer. Das hat uns bei dem nicht günstigen Preis doch enttäuscht
