Small, well refurbished property, too small for 5 adults. It was warm, beds were comfortable, good showers/bath with hot water. Large circular table got in the way, for 5 adults. Would better suit small family, without having to use pull out bed in lounge as additional bed. Quiet location, set on a hill away from club. Ample on site parking.
Curtains were difficult to use to minimise light in mornings. Minimal storage for 5 adults, would better suit small family. Food left in plug hole on arrival, bins in pull out door very dirty. Set on a hill, unsuitable for elderly or youngsters if a visit to activities/club was desired. Club house very dated, poorly maintained, tables left uncleared of plates etc. Toilets were very dirty, smelling of damp. I noticed lots of litter all over the site, broken plastic furniture just left. We know it’s not the property owners fault here, the onus lies with Parkdean. The woodland walk down to the pebble beach is treacherous, unsuitable for many, which was highly disappointing. A car is essential to get around.
