Not the best

The sea view. The apartments itself was clean.

Not as described. Unfortunately, the apartment block was not in the best condition and could do with some TLC. The block also overlooks a building site, which is not a pleasant site and looks very off-putting and disappointing. Balcony tiles were loose in places. They should make you clearly aware of what the site is like and what is potentially going to be greeting you when you walk out of your apartment.

The apartments were spacious and wonderfully clean and modern. They are in a perfect location and had everything we needed.

Perfect location and spotlessly clean

Location was perfect, apartments were spotless, comfy and had absolutely everything you needed. Modern TV’s in lounge and main bedroom with all apps on. Beds were very comfy and bedding and towels were very clean. Nice and warm and cosy, and a bonus that we could park right outside (although this isn’t allocated so not guaranteed). Lots of space inside and lots of storage too!

Unfortunately people above were extremely noisy into the early hours. We only had a short stay so not the end of the world but would have been inconvenient if we were there longer.

Apartment ver clean and comfortable

The entrance to our block was terrible. The abandoned building very close to the block was a disgusting eye saw. I was horrified to see this so close to our entrance. It was also the view from the twin bedroom. Also I booked room 2209 which I was allocated, as my daughter had been there. My daughter told me the window dud not open in twin bedroom. I,therefore, emailed Lucy and asked to change rooms. Lucy did this and gave us room 2210. On arrival there was a notice on the window of the twin bedroom that this window could not be opened either. So what with the look if the building behind and not being able to open that window I am afraid I was very disappointed with the place.

In general it was fine and felt like being home rather than one room hotel booking.

clean and tidy , it was near to beach side . Easy access to WI-FI was good. TV watching was also great.

I was not made aware that essential items not supplied as and when needed. Striping linen was another stressful task for me as early morning to get ready for departure and check out. Timing for checking out should be 12 noon as that is more convenient time and travelling time is usually after that or near to that time.

We had fun. The property is overlooking the sea and the beach is just few minutes away. The atmosphere is very relaxing

The property inside is nice, spacious, newly decorated , new furnishings and clean.

There were times that there was no water supply, water escapes on the bottom glass screen if you shower, and outside apartment should be cleaner… loads of birds poo you can see around.

Location was good. I’m glad we paid the extra for the sea view but quite expensive for 2 nights and the interior was very basic

Great place to stay at the right price.

We've stayed numerous times. The apartments are nice, spacious and modern with everything you need.

The only negatives are the abandoned/ incomplete apartment block which is an eye sore, although it does not effect the view from any of the other apartments. I hope they are able to complete the build or knock it down. Also, the outside of the apartments would benefit from some minor maintenance/a fresh coat of paint.

Was very surprised with the location and quality of the apartment.. it was just perfect, and didn’t want to go home! My husband got locked in the bathroom and maintenance were there in minutes to get him out.. really good service! Very impressed

Great value for money

Location is perfect, plenty of parking, apartment was great value for money. Beds were comfy.

Could of been a bit cleaner. Kitchen cupboard doors were dirty so I wiped them down and the skirting boards looked like they hadn't been wiped in some time but otherwise clean. We had a friend join us for dinner one night and there wasn't enough plates so perhaps a few extra would be good.

Great location, lovely apartment and really helpful staff,would recommend.

The apartment was huge and despite booking a standard apartment we had a sea view. The bathroom was really nice, with a bath and a rainfall shower over. Everything was thought of, we had everything we needed for a lovely break. We wanted an early checkin and the staff made sure that got it, they were incredibly helpful. The site is very eco friendly with recycling bins easily available. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. There was plenty of parking and it was good to have a choice of lifts or stairs to access the apartment.. The location is really good., we like swimming in the sea pool and it only took us a few minutes to walk there from our flat. We would recommend and will stay again ourselves.

I would have preferred a kingsize bed in the main bedroom and bath sheets rather then bath towels but these were minor points and didn’t effect our stay.

Fantastic apartment, great view, good location and a pleasure to stay there.

The apartment is large and roomy and very clean. It was very impressive. There is a great view of the sea and being west facing you can sit on the balcony with a nice drink watching the sunset over sea. The location is excellent - a very short walk to the sea. Plenty of parking. I really enjoyed my stay and would come again.

If I had to be very picky, the front door lock was stiff and so the door had to be lifted slightly in order to turn the key (thus necessitating two people to lock the door). Also the apartment was spotless but the balcony was full of thick cobwebs.

Enjoyed our stay

We were very happy with the apartment, and happy it overlooked the sea.

The freezer door was ajar on our arrival, and the unit had frozen up, so the door would not close properly. I managed to get 2 of the drawers out and chip away some of the excess ice, so the door would close. I did leave a message with Housekeeping, but I didn't hear anything back.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes from the sea front. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good value for money. We would happily return.

For the most part, the apartment met our requirements. However, there were only two of us, so four mugs, bowls, etc. were sufficient. Since there is a dishwasher, if the apartment was occupied by a family of four, there would not be enough crockery for more than one meal. Also, one large sofa would not seat four comfortably but was great for the two of us.

A lovely apt, in a lovely part of Devon.

It was easy to collect the keys. I arrived earlier than I expected, so I phoned the office & the apt was ready. So I could get in a lot sooner than planned which was great after a long drive. The location of the apt was fantastic as close to the beach.

Only down side was that where my particular apt was, was a bit noisy from people walking past & shouting late at night. That was not the hosts fault. Maybe signs asking people to keep noise down late at night might be helpful.
