Brilliant stay, looking forward to going back

Lovely well equipped property, very clean and comfortable.

Only thing missing is a side table or shelf next to the beds but that’s a minor detail.

This apartment was spacious & immaculately clean! The location is perfect and it has easy parking. Plenty of room for my small dog to move around , much better than staying in hotel with a pet - he was perfectly at home straight away and relaxed.

We had a lovely stay at such a great location and would love to return

Location was excellent, near the centre of the village, all the amenities and by the sea. Close to a grass area to walk the dog. The balcony was a plus. The mattress was very comfortable. Parking was right outside the front door. The bathroom was roomy and well facilitated. Good space in the apartment.

Only one toilet roll which was already started was provided. There was a coffee machine but only two filters so could only use twice. The TV didn’t have terrestrial telly.

Great weekend in a beautiful, comfortable apartment in a great location

Was like brand new inside! Had the clean, fresh brand new carpets smell and nice touches like tea, coffee, loo roll etc. had everything we needed and everything in the kitchen worked. loads of space - all furniture was comfortable and plenty. we slept really well both nights of our stay, apartment had a gorgeous view and perfect location for us. We know about the Westbeach story but adding this to the welcome folder was a great touch. We were happy to support after such a difficult journey and will be returning!

As a new property, there was a just a couple of snags in the bathroom (we offer this feedback to help improvements, not to be negative!) bathroom door sometimes stuck at bottom when opening/closing. Shower door didn’t seem to be sealed at head of bath so flooded water onto bathroom floor even when shower head was moved away. Kitchen cupboards also smelt a bit musty and needed airing.

We only stayed for two nights so only a short visit.

On arrival the property was very clean and spacious

Not enough comfy seats for four guests. Only two could sit on the sofa. The radiator in the hallway was very noisy when in use. The bedroom with two the singles was too light when sleeping as the curtains were so thin. And the outside lights shining in made it to light to sleep. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. And only three forks in the drawer.

A nice 2 bed apartment right by the sea, no need for a car as beach shops restaurants all short walk.

Clean and comfortable.

The lack of cleaning materials and very little in welcome pack. The book to tell us about everything including heating, WiFi etc was not there and we had to contact customer services that dealt with it fairly quickly.

Great place to stay

Beautiful apartment inside with everything you needed, clean throughout, and was a really comfortable place to stay. Plenty of parking close by so no issues there. We had requested a cot but unfortunately there was not one there, so made a quick phonecall and within 2minutes one was delivered to our door so again amazing customer service. If we visit the area again we will definitely look into this place again. Highly recommend this place.

We had a fourth floor sea view apartment. lift available. The apartment was basic and clean. Furniture in ours was fine, basic. beds and pillows comfortable nice sized bathroom and kitchen. The location was what made this apartment great, straight out onto the seafront. The village itself had plenty of shops-pubs-places to eat as well as 3 mini supermarkets. The beach is fantastic, sea pool, crazy golf and few amusements.

not a fault of West beach but i hadn't really picked up on this, was the derelict buildings within this complex- it really did give that what have i booked feel when i arrived met with smashed windows-graffiti rubbish and overgrown shrubbery, our apartment backed onto this- however didn't spoil the holiday- just such a shame as i did feel like id rocked up in abandoned city- hopefully some life can be given to these poor unfinished builds as they really are an eyesore.

Wet Stairs and Out of Order Elevator

Location, view from the apartment, cleanliness... These things were exceptional.

We got the apartment on the 3rd floor which was great as the view from the top floor was exceptional. However during our stay the elevator wasn't working at all for the last 3 days(pictures attached). Using stairs is not something I should be worried about but the stairs were all wet as it was raining continuously and there's danger of falling down the wet stairs plus when we checked out we had to do 3 to 4 trips to get our luggage to the car on these wet stairs. Imagine carrying a suitcase with both hands and watch the water on the steps as well maintaining your balance. Additionally, there was no iron available in our apartment. Considering my last stay I expected there is iron available in the apartment, I did not bring ironed clothes which caused some sort of problems. Furthermore, I suggest that there should be laundry options available within the facility in order to accommodate those who have booked the apartment for longer duration.

A good value but confirm before booking with accomodation the details.

The staff were extremely kind. Super quick to resolve any concern I had when I arrived. The apartment itself was a sanctuary for me. I needed a calm quiet space to rest and recouperate. It was fantastic that my family could park on site no problem when they visited for the afternoon. The kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Warm. Restful.

When I arrived there were buildings around. The photos did not represent the view I jad from the windows. Only one wkndow had a sea view. And that was not a full sea view. I had chosen specifically an apartment with a sea view. It was once morning came a lovely view. But only a third of the view. The rest wsre buildings. Not what I expected. I also had no information as to how far away the flat was so I could not work out if it was okay for someone withnless mobility. They had a lift. But there was a long walk between the lift and the apartment.

Excellent great value for money and stunning views.

We had a top-floor penthouse flat, the view from the lounge and the bedroom was fantastic, and we were literally a stone's throw from the beach. We were able to walk along the beach at low tide. The location is excellent, and we will stay again. The apartment had two lounges, and there was so much space.

Only a suggestion, but perhaps a larger TV and a bracket that twists so you can move the TV

Not the best

The sea view. The apartments itself was clean.

Not as described. Unfortunately, the apartment block was not in the best condition and could do with some TLC. The block also overlooks a building site, which is not a pleasant site and looks very off-putting and disappointing. Balcony tiles were loose in places. They should make you clearly aware of what the site is like and what is potentially going to be greeting you when you walk out of your apartment.

Perfect location and spotlessly clean

Location was perfect, apartments were spotless, comfy and had absolutely everything you needed. Modern TV’s in lounge and main bedroom with all apps on. Beds were very comfy and bedding and towels were very clean. Nice and warm and cosy, and a bonus that we could park right outside (although this isn’t allocated so not guaranteed). Lots of space inside and lots of storage too!

Unfortunately people above were extremely noisy into the early hours. We only had a short stay so not the end of the world but would have been inconvenient if we were there longer.

Apartment ver clean and comfortable

The entrance to our block was terrible. The abandoned building very close to the block was a disgusting eye saw. I was horrified to see this so close to our entrance. It was also the view from the twin bedroom. Also I booked room 2209 which I was allocated, as my daughter had been there. My daughter told me the window dud not open in twin bedroom. I,therefore, emailed Lucy and asked to change rooms. Lucy did this and gave us room 2210. On arrival there was a notice on the window of the twin bedroom that this window could not be opened either. So what with the look if the building behind and not being able to open that window I am afraid I was very disappointed with the place.

In general it was fine and felt like being home rather than one room hotel booking.

clean and tidy , it was near to beach side . Easy access to WI-FI was good. TV watching was also great.

I was not made aware that essential items not supplied as and when needed. Striping linen was another stressful task for me as early morning to get ready for departure and check out. Timing for checking out should be 12 noon as that is more convenient time and travelling time is usually after that or near to that time.

Nice location, basic apartment

Location was good. I’m glad we paid the extra for the sea view but quite expensive for 2 nights and the interior was very basic

There were times that there was no water supply, water escapes on the bottom glass screen if you shower, and outside apartment should be cleaner… loads of birds poo you can see around.

Great place to stay at the right price.

We've stayed numerous times. The apartments are nice, spacious and modern with everything you need.

The only negatives are the abandoned/ incomplete apartment block which is an eye sore, although it does not effect the view from any of the other apartments. I hope they are able to complete the build or knock it down. Also, the outside of the apartments would benefit from some minor maintenance/a fresh coat of paint.
