Venture into the town and you will find two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach, perfect for those who enjoy the sun and surf, and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. Other local amenities include a golf course and tennis courts, alongside a great selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Also nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

Dining is kept beautifully informal by the lovely window seats which make up part of the seating, with a door to the large (approx. 30 square meters) fully enclosed terrace, meaning you can enjoy meals alfresco with ease in warm weather. The gorgeous bedrooms make up the rest of the accommodation and these have also been lovingly decorated and styled to create a contemporary yet in-keeping aesthetic. Firstly, there is a spacious king-size bedroom with a smart TV, en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath and a WC, and the second room is king-size zip and link bed (can be made into twin beds on request) with an en-suite shower room with WC. Finally, an undeniably useful utility/boot room which provides a perfect place to store outdoor clothing.
Located outside and to the front of the property there is a private enclosed terrace with seating and sea views, here you can relax in the sun or dine outside without having to venture further than the front door. Guests also have access to a small shared elevated lawn area which provides the perfect place for four legged visitors to stretch their legs.
Private off-road parking for two cars is provided and accessed via steps down from the entrance to the apartment.
