The cottage was exceptionally well-equipped, clean and comfortable; plus the adjoining garden was also well-maintained (nice reclining chairs for reading) and much appreciated by our dog. The owners were also remarkably helpful and responsive.
The narrow approach road to the village of Newton St Petrock is in a poor condition.

A warm welcome by the hosts. Many extras that are sometimes not supplied in holiday accommodation (ie plenty of toilet rolls, salt and more). Very clean and comfortable. A large garden with various sitting areas. Although it is really not close to anywhere, a 30 minute drive can get you to some lovely places to visit.
