Appartement très spacieux, situé en plein centre de Royan, commerces, restaurants, plage, front de mer, à proximité directe. Très bons équipements de cuisine. Belle salle de bain. Literie epeda, médium, en 1m40. Chambre au calme.
La contrepartie du centre-ville, à été d'avoir un niveau de bruits de circulation très important dans la pièce de vie (pas dans la Chambre). Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du soleil, l'appartement est plein sud,, donc il y fait très chaud, et l'ouverture des baies vitrées augmente le niveau sonore. L'appartement se situe à un croisement avec des feux. Sur l'annonce il était indiqué très grand lit, ce qui a tort m'a fait croire à un lit de 1m60 au moins, mais en fait il n'est que de 1m40.
