Fully renovated apartment with parking at the residence’s entrance, featuring a very large living room with a 60-inch TV. 4-room apartment with free Wi-Fi, very comfortable furnishings, and a dining room of 50 m², open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, washing machine, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with a 140-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90/190-size beds, electric heating, 2 balconies for smokers, 1 pet allowed. After each rental, theapartment is disinfected in accordance with the COVID-19 protocol by Vanilla Confort. A security deposit of 400 euros and a check for 60 euros in case cleaning is required

Très bien situé, appartement correct en revanche en apparence il paraissait propre mais ce n était pas vraiment le cas (housse matelas et oreiller sales, poussière dans les chambres, poubelle non vidée). Nous n avons pas fait le tour de l’appartement en arrivant, dommage car le propriétaire a conservé le chèque pour le ménage à notre départ au motif que le ménage n était pas assez bien fait alors que nous lui avons rendu son appartement plus propre qu il nous l a loué. Bon rapport qualité prix mais soyez vigilant et exiger de bien vérifier l état de l appartement à l arrivée

Notre séjour a été très agréable et reposant. Le logement possède tout le confort nécessaire à un bon séjour. Idéalement situé, nous avons pu profiter de toutes les commodités à pieds ( marchés, restaurants, boutiques, plages...)
Philippe est très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Merci à lui pour ce séjour.

L'appartement était agréable, spacieux, bien situé (centre ville, tout près des commerces et de la mer) et bien équipé.
