The villa "Chantanick" has just been restored in its typical style of the 50s. Located in a very quiet street, where parking is easy, 200m from the family beach of Foncillon, 500m from the thalassotherapy center of the Cordouan hotel and the Palais des congrès, less than 1km from the covered market. The cottage, located on the ground floor, is ideal for a family with young children.
It overlooks an enclosed garden with the entire rear part is privatized and organized to take meals and sunbathing. Newly built, it consists of an entrance, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a large kitchen with pantry, a large dining room / lounge, a bathroom Italian shower. Complete house linen provided and included. Mandatory paying service to pay on arrival: end of stay cleaning 70 €.
Possibility of reduction (-10%) on the rental price only in the period excluding High and Very High Season, on proof of a Thalassotherapy reservation at the Cordouan Hotel, an event at the Palais des Congrès, during your stay.

Bien située à proximité de la mer et des commerces, dans un quartier calme location spacieuse et très bien équipée .Jardin clos
de plain pied avec la cuisine apprécié pour sa tranquillité et la sécurité de notre chienne épagneul..Concierge aimable et disponible.
Un léger bémol: le mobilier du salon séjour contraste avec le reste et mériterait un renouvellement..
Conforme au descriptif je recommande sans hésitation cette location
