L'appartement est bien situé, dans une rue calme, à petite distance du front de mer, du centre ville et du marché de Royan - un marché très apprécié par les vacanciers. il y a un super U pour les coures à mons de 5 minutes. l'appartement est clair, avec une vue sud-ouest sur la ville (couchers de soleils supers). le logement est "tracersant", ce qui permet au passage de l'air de fournir un rafraichissement bienvenu lors des fortes chaleurs Il y a un gros ventilateur tr-s efficace dans chaque pièce.
l'annonce indiquait "Parking gratuit". En fait, c'est simplement le stationnement - gratuit- dans la rue. Pas toujours facile de trouver une place quand on rentre de ballade le soir.. ce serait bien de pouvoir y installer une clim... mono split minimum..
