It’s a very charming house, all the home appliances in the kitchen are new and clean . Very closed to the old city centre. The private Parking is by the end of the same street. The house was very clean when we arrived.
The shower was unstable it would change very quick from hot water to cold water and during the shower would be like ups and downs with the temperatures. And there are a lot of ants .

Estuvimos en Semana Santa y la limpieza, instalaciones y la ubicación excepcional . Es una casa muy acogedora. El trato del anfitrión maravilloso, nos hizo sentir como en nuestra propia casa. Repetiremos la experiencia este verano seguro.

Perfect location and a great property with some lovely traditional features. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It has a lovely roof terrace and small courtyard though we didn’t use either as it was a little chilly. The beds were comfortable and although the road is quite busy during the day, it was fairly quiet at night. Alex met us at the property. He was friendly, welcoming, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again.

Authentic, stylish family house in an old part of Xabia, 15 mins walk from the beach. Done and decorated by hosts own hands with the highest care for the detail. Very spacious and comfortable. Fantastic patio and terrace. Very open, warm and helping hosts: Lucia and Alex.
Less transparent curtains in the window of the living (by the sofa) for more privacy.
