Perfect location and a great property with some lovely traditional features. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. It has a lovely roof terrace and small courtyard though we didn’t use either as it was a little chilly. The beds were comfortable and although the road is quite busy during the day, it was fairly quiet at night. Alex met us at the property. He was friendly, welcoming, showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again.

Authentic, stylish family house in an old part of Xabia, 15 mins walk from the beach. Done and decorated by hosts own hands with the highest care for the detail. Very spacious and comfortable. Fantastic patio and terrace. Very open, warm and helping hosts: Lucia and Alex.
Less transparent curtains in the window of the living (by the sofa) for more privacy.

El trato por parte de Alex de 10, no solo nos atendio en persona al check in sino q nos informo de playas miradores y restaurantes. La casa es muy acogedora, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Patio interior y terraza para gozarlos
Aun no están terminados todos los detalles al 100%, nada imprescindible, pero algo tengo q escribir en este apartado. No tiene plaza de parking ni pudimos aparcar en la puerta, pero fue facil aparcar en los alrededores.
