Great location perfect for minibreak

Great location easy walk into old town-parking around square if you find spot otherwise we used the underground car park. We had 4 days and used time to explore the coast. The well equipped apartment is large spacious on 1st floor looking over the square. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes near and supermarket 5 mins walk. Our visit was in Feb and weather was pleasant but glad of extra blankets and found heating worked well and window blinds kept us cosy when it was windy. Enjoyed 30 min walk down to port and beach area

Electric tripped couple of times ( overload when all AC units operating Tv remote not working but I’m sure land lord would have dealt with it if asked as he did with electric situation.

The apartment was huge and very clean. It was very comfortable and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and parking was easy. We would definitely go back.

Amazing place

Sweet women Mayte has welcomed us in the apartment, it looks exactly as in the pictures, a lot of space. Apartment has everything you need, in every room there is air conditioner, shower gel, tea, honey and ect. Not far away is a supermarket and few restaurants. All in all we really enjoyed this place :)

Location might be far from the beach, ~25min of walking, but that was okay for us :)

Lots of room, great location for access to old town but with easy parking and modern facilities (Inc a lift and good air con). Helpful host. Watch out for market day Thursday - you will need to park elsewhere!

Flat is large and decluttered, but needs more soft furnishings and another sofa. No instructions provided on arrival but host is very helpful and available via WhatsApp. Fridge freezer is noisy at night.

wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Grosse Wohnung, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, inklusive Wasserkocher, Kühl- und Eisschrank, Waschmaschine, Lift. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per Whatsapp. Saft und Kuchen als Willkommensgeschenk. Am Donnerstag war Markt auf dem Platz vor dem Haus, das war toll! Die Stadt hat vielerorts Einbahnverkehrsführung. Zum Glück ist direkt bei der Wohnung ein unterirdisches Parkhaus, welches in der Stadt gut ausgeschildert ist. So haben wir den Weg dorthin immer leicht gefunden.

Wir waren im Winter da. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Die Wohnung war im 1. Stock, der ganze Aufenthaltsraum hat eine grosszügige Fensterfront. Wenn man nicht mag, dass jemand reinschaut, muss man die Storen immer geschlossen halten.

Vacaciones en Jávea

La casa es muy espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. Además está muy bien ubicada para disfrutar del pueblo y a un paseíto de la playa.

El aparcamiento en la zona es complicado, aunque hay un parking de pago justo en la puerta.

El alojamiento limpio, amplio, muy luminoso y con todas las necesidades. El dueño muy amable, atento con todo lo que se necesite y una comunicación muy fluida. Volveria sin duda
