We would be delighted to welcome you to our home in the heart of the town’s historic center.
“La iaia Rosita” was founded in 2023 with the goal of offering a high-quality stay to guests visiting the old town of Jávea, seeking a few days of vacation in an authentic, traditional home dating back to 1880 but recently renovated and equipped with all modern amenities.
The house is located in the heart of town. Within walking distance, you can visit the town church, squares, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Just a 10- to 15-minute drive away, you can explore beautiful beaches and coves.
The house is spread over 3 floors. It can accommodate up to 8 guests, as it features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The common areas are very spacious. We also have a small terrace with a barbecue, perfect for spending time with friends and family.
The renovation is very recent. Every detail has been carefully attended to with love and effort so that our guests feel even more at home than they do in their own homes.
The house has climate control for both winter and summer, and a parking space just a few minutes’ walk away.

Beautiful house, super clean and conveniently located to all. Even though we had some issues, all were addressed immediately, Sandra is an amazing host, and answers immediately and has a solition. Hands down best house in Javea.

The host was incredibly attentive, quickly and efficiently addressing all our inquiries.The house is truly stunning, words don't do it justice.Recently renovated, it’s beautifully elegant while preserving the traditional charm of Jávea. A gorgeous property.Located right in the center, just steps away from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops.Parking is just a 5-minute walk from the house.Absolutely no negatives to mention.
