Quite location overlooking nearby seaside park area. Shopping (big Conad supermarket) is also very close. Spotless, very clean and modern accommodation: - kitchen is well equipped with utensils and equipments to make your stay comfortable if you want to cook - variety of coffee pods, tea, milk, cookies and spreads to start the day happily - nice bathroom (both shower and bath) with all amenities for longer stay as well - comfortable beds with windows in each room - good Wifi, interesting books about the Sardinian food, plants and history of mining (in Italian) - convenient free street parking. Check in and check out was easy and communication was clear with Francesca. She also surprised us with cold welcome drink in the fridge to help us settling in the apartment after our drive on the hot summer day which we appreciated very much. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer as we have already pre-booked accommodation along our road trip, but wish we could have stayed more at her place to relax a bit more.

A casa di Franci si nota subito la cura per il dettaglio e la cortesia per gli ospiti. Francesca è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

L’unica nota negativa, ma veramente insignificante tenendo conto di tutto, è stata che l’ultimo giorno dal bagno c’era un forte odore di scarico. Probabilmente anche legato al tempo non saprei. Ma tutto molto gestibile
